Of course, during work hours, if I need to be gone at a class or event, you would be expected to be home with my kids and take care of them. However, I am home (or they are out with me) 90% of the time. I am a very involved mom, and the reason I am home and not working is because my husband and I think it's very important that one or both of us are the ones to raise our children.
The job would also include some basic cleaning because I can't do it - vacuuming, moping - that sort of thing. You won't be expected to clean the house top to bottom, but we will expect you to pick up after the kids and just help me with things that are hard with my back.
You would work all weekdays and have most of your evenings off starting at 5 p.m. and ALL Saturdays off. We would need you to work on Sunday mornings, as my husband works at a church and I need help.
We are a Christian family, and there is prayer in our home, just to let you know.
My girls are sweet, well behaved, and a joy to be around. Are you our new family member?
